Major Booth Presence, Live Demos, and Packed Educational Session on AI and Robotics Software among the Highlights
In this blog, we highlight Roboteon’s major presence and success at the recent ProMat 2025 show in Chicago.
The ProMat 2025 tradeshow in Chicago March 17-20 at McCormick Place had the floor packed with attendees looking for robotics and other warehouse automation hardware and software -and Roboteon was right in the middle of the show mix.
According to show producer MHI, ProMat 2025 saw a record 55,000 attendees over four days, visiting more than 1000 vendor exhibits across three halls, with the addition this year of Lakeside Hall to complement the North and South halls we’ve been used to in recent years,
Roboteon had a major footprint at the show, with a large 40 x 40 booth, which featured live, narrated demos of the Roboteon Robotics Fulfillment Platform, which enables companies to achieve their robotics strategies faster and better, integrating, managing, orchestrating and optimizing robot-enabled warehouse processes.
The live demo each hour showed Roboteon’s ability to integrate across Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) and robotic pick arms (cobots) from multiple vendors, operating as if they were a single fleet, with true robot interoperability, executing a variety of robotic picking scenarios.
On Tuesday, Roboteon’s Dan Gilmore and Satish Kumar presented an educational session at the Robotics Theater on “How AI, Machine Learning and Simulation are Transforming Robotic Order Fulfillment.” The session sold out, with more than 100 attendees and several turned away due to space limitations.
This session will be available on demand from MHI in the next 2-3 weeks.
Overall, the show was a major success for Roboteon, with steady booth traffic, great conversions, and the number of attendee badge scans far exceeding our target.
