Roboteon, a leading innovator in intelligent warehouse robotics software, recently announced that it has made a major expansion to its industry-leading Innovation Lab co-located with the company’s headquarters in San Jose, CA.
The expansion takes the lab to more than 3000 square feet, with the new space used to add even more equipment in addition to the multiple systems previously deployed, all powered by Roboteon’s advanced Robotics Fulfillment and Orchestration Platform.
All this will further enhance the user experience, with a hands-on introduction to warehouse automation tools.
The lab now includes many different types of Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) from multiple vendors, with demonstrated interoperability across different fleets. A key addition to systems at the lab with the expansion comes from a new autonomous pallet jack to support mixed case picking.
The lab also has several robotic picking arm robots that support pick and place, case picking and other applications using our AI-based Vision system software.
