Customers must use the Service responsibly. The following activities are prohibited:

• Reverse engineering or attempting to decompile the connector
• Interfering with the operation of the Service
• Using the Service for illegal purposes
• Attempting unauthorized access to Roboteon systems
• Uploading unencrypted PII or PHI
• Using the platform for competitive analysis or replication
• Excessive automated calls beyond contracted limits
• Violating terms of External ERP/WMS systems to which they are licensed to
• Attempting to circumvent security controls

Roboteon may suspend access if violations occur.
