Mr. Postik is a global technology and supply chain executive with over 20 years of experience delivering next generation business solutions.
Prior to joining Roboteon, Mr. Postik served as SVP, Supply Chain & E-Commerce Solutions at Universal Music Group (UMG), where he led the global technology roadmap, delivering product planning, manufacturing and distribution solutions for music and merch business units, and an e-commerce storefront experience for fans, powered by a dynamic order management platform for omni-channel fulfillment across a global distribution network.
Before UMG, Mr. Postik served as SVP, Global CIO at SONY Digital & Disc Corp., where he provided supply chain technology solutions to music record labels, Hollywood movie studios, book publishers, and video game companies. He accelerated company growth through the development of a service-oriented software architecture and launched a global direct-to-retail SaaS platform connected to 400+ retail locations across 14 countries.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Postik held various leadership positions at Avnet, Inc. including VP, Application Services Group and VP, Operational Excellence.
Mr. Postik holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University.
Raj is an accomplished leader experienced in emerging technology and business development for Industrial and Consumer applications.
He has 15+ years of broad managerial experience in the semiconductor and electronic components industry including product development, venture investments, P&L management, strategic marketing, and partnerships. Prior to joining Roboteon, he served in key roles at Texas Instruments, Analog Devices, and Knowles Corporation.
Raj holds a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and MBA from Cornell University.
Mr. Gilmore is among the more well-known figures in supply chain, and likely has written more words on the subject than anyone else in the sector.
He was previously chief marketing officer at Softeon where he significantly increased the company's market position and lead generation. He is also the founder of the pioneering digital publication and web site Supply Chain Digest (SCDigest), which recently reached its 20th anniversary.
